Hello!
To the dancefloor, I am DJ Vee. To most, I am just Vee. To my Mum, I am Vivian (sometimes when dementia allows).
My DJ journey started in 2013, initially as a roadie to a seasoned DJ. I learned the essential skills and developed a love for all styles of music.
The power of music creates an atmosphere of celebration and fosters unforgettable moments. For me, this is the most rewarding aspect of DJing.
I love sneaking your great grand parent’s favorite tune into background music. It is a surefire way to make them smile. And I confess sometimes a mini disco will break out during afternoon background music. Parents enjoy the diversion.
You won’t catch me showboating in front of the camera. But you’ll hear and feel my music. I love colorful disco lights… but I’ll keep them under control for sensitive guests.

My parents were farmers in Central Queensland, so I grew up here. Dad said I need an occupation not dependent on the weather. Dad loved music. I wonder what he would have said about DJ Vee.
